A woman one time literally commanded me to put in three ice cubes into her drink.
No more, no less. Another time, this woman asked me to make her a whey protein shake using our blenders. Good managers would actually be on the floor making drinks with the staff, but bad managers would hide in the back, doing what they do, and not build team camaraderie. We hated those kinds of managers. Starbucks uses vanilla soy milk as the milk substitute.

Paying for the extra shot was not a problem at all but the loudness, shooting out to me and demanding for me to pay for an extra shot was definitely the problem so I refused to pay for the extra shot due to their rudeness. This employee was so rude that if it was another customer, younger than i, would have slapped them silly, like someone their age as I know that I am about three times their age, own enough to be their mother.
I never heard of any other customer get spoken to in that manner — never. So the next day I told the manager and they stated that they would take care of it by talking to them about it.

I don’t supervise him, and he doesn’t supervise me. I’d like to keep dating him.

A team of security-focused researchers from the University of Washington has demonstrated just how deeply even someone with modest resources can exploit mobile advertising networks.
